In
order to deliver the qualities of our TransRVB2S cable to YUV users,
we decided to bring its configuration down to three conductors. We used
the same 75 ohms coaxial conductors insulated with PTFE ensuring optimal
performance. |

| The special properties of PTFE will prevent memory or skin effect and have less noise and a group propagation time that is almost perfect. This combined will provide you with a cable that is able to render brilliant, saturated colors, stable image edges and no noise-interference on your picture. The YUV transmission is in principle identical to RGB in that it is a composite signal that has become a modern, adjustable standard able to accomodate long distance transmissions (like S-VHS). It is actually very close to the standard used to record on DVD and it will therefore have little negative influence on the signal it is fed. The TransYUV consists of 3 coaxial conductors put together in the same shield. The teflon insulation allows for a very compact cable of only 8mm in diameter. This in turn means we are able to use the popular HD-15 connectors as supported by an increasing amount of YUV and RGB videoprojectors. |
